1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClickDrop (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClickDrop provides educational PDF training and a research tool for a simple affiliate marketing loophole using solo ads and YouTube traffic. The full research tool is hosted on moneydrop.fivetoclose.cloud and requires MFA (multi-factor authentication) for access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not for users in jurisdictions where it would be illegal.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All sales are one-time purchases (PDF training, limited tool access, or full tool access).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. No recurring billing unless explicitly stated.
• Prices are in USD and subject to change.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days for the PDF if you have not downloaded it. Tool access is non-refundable once MFA QR is sent.

5. MFA & Tool Access

Full tool access requires MFA. After purchase you must provide a valid email to receive a QR code. You are solely responsible for securing your authenticator app and backup codes. We are not liable for loss of access due to MFA issues, lost devices, or user error.

6. License & Intellectual Property

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF and tool for your own affiliate marketing. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or create derivative works from the materials.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Any illegal activity or violation of affiliate program terms (including but not limited to cookie stuffing, incentivized traffic, or misleading claims where prohibited).
• Reverse engineering, scraping beyond normal use, or attempting to access other users' data.
• Spamming or abusive use of the tool.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. See the full Disclaimer page.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
